Rasandik Engineering declares Rs.1.5 (15%) dividend per share

Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006 together with the Reports of Auditors and Directors thereon.

2. Declaration of dividend @ 15% per share on face value Rs 10/.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. K S V S Manian, as Director of the Company.

4. Appointment of Auditors of the Company, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
