Sankhya Infotech to approve allotment of 3795600 warrants on Sep 03, 2010

Sankhya Infotech Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Share holders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Company will be held on September 03, 2010, inter alia, for allotment of 37,94,600 warrants on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.28.85, up by Rs.0.35 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.40 and low of Rs.28.80.
