IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals allots 30 lakh shares

IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 25, 2010, has allotted 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each on the Conversion of Warrants.

15,00,000 equity shares were allotted to M/s G Consultants and Fabricators Ltd, Non- Promoter, 10,00,000 equity shares were allotted to M/s NM Merchantiles Ltd, Promoter/ Promoter Companies and 5,00,000 equity shares allotted to M/s IOL Lifescience Ltd, Promoter/ Promoter Companies.

Consequent upon the issue of the above 30,00,000 equity shares, the total paid-up capital of the company stands increased to 2,57,16,664 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.46.60, down by Rs.0.80 or 1.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.40 and low of Rs.46.10.

The total traded quantity was 7958 compared to 2 week average of 19485.
