Euro Ceramics Ltd IPO receives 3.02 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Euro Ceramics Ltd which closed today (February 13, 2007 - Tuesday) has received subscription for 3.02 times. The company has received applications for 16989630 equity shares against the total issue size of 5621500 equity shares.

The IPO has received bid for 4811240 equity shares at Cut-off price.

As on 13 February 2007 at 1900 hrs, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription of 3.8915 times, Non Institutional Investors portion 1.1327 times, Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion 2.7347 times and the Employee Reservation received subscription for 0.7334 times.
