TT Ltd to come with 1:1 rights issue

TT Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, has taken following decision:

1. To issue 1,07,49,025 Equity shares on Right Basis in the ratio 1:1 (One equity share for every Equity share held) at a price of Rs 20/- per share i.e. Equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share.

2. Noted SEBI´s observation on Letter of Offer and constituted a committee of Board to approve the Letter of Offer before filing with Stock Exchange & ROC.
