Royal Orchid Hotels to consider fund raising on Aug 19, 2010

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 19, 2010, inter alia, for considering issue of Non-Convertible Debentures and/or preferential convertible share warrants or such other financial instruments through QIP basis or otherwise, subject to approval of shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.80.35, up by Rs.1.05 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80.50 and low of Rs.79.05.
