Alphageo India allots 5033 Equity Shares upon exercise of options under ESOS 2008

Alphageo (India) Ltd has announced that the Shareholder / Investors' Grievance Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on August 16, 2010 has allotted 5033 (Five Thousand and Thirty Three Only) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each upon exercise of the options given to employees and directors, in accordance with the approved Alphageo ESOS Scheme 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.163.55, down by Rs.3 or 1.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170.80 and low of Rs.162.30.

The total traded quantity was 6842 compared to 2 week average of 6787.
