Sparsh BPO allots Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share

Sparsh BPO Services Ltd has announced that the Company has, on June 30, 2010, further allotted 90,00,000 8% Non- Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share - Series I of face value Rs. 10/- for cash at par to Intelenet Global Services Pvt. Ltd., shareholder of the Company, on preferential allotment basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.58, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.95 and low of Rs.58.

The total traded quantity was 0.37 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.17 lakhs.
