MMTC allots 50 crores Equity Shares as Bonus shares

MMTC Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors on August 05, 2010, have allotted 50,00,00,000 (fifty Crore) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each as bonus shares to the members of the Company as on the Record Date, i.e. July 30, 2010 in the ratio of 1:1.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1622.40, down by Rs.21.30 or 1.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1654.65 and low of Rs.1614.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.14 lakhs.
