Dhanuka Agritech to consider issue of shares on Aug 05, 2010

Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve further issue of 8,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (or equivalent to such number of equity shares adjusted for sub-dividing of the equity shares of the Company into Rs. 2 each), on preferential basis, to non-promoters strategic investors M/s India 2020 Ltd subject to the approval of members, Stock Exchange or other Regulatory Authority(ies).

The stock was trading at Rs.457.30, down by Rs.4.75 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.468 and low of Rs.454.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.57 lakhs.
