Essar Shiping Ports to issue FCCBs aggregating to USD 280 million

Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2010, has approved to open the USD 280 million Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) issue for subscription and accordingly the issue will open from August 04, 2010. The issue will close on August 05, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.88.55, up by Rs.2.30 or 2.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.89.55 and low of Rs.86.

The total traded quantity was 256672 compared to 2 week average of 123201.
