KBS Capital Management to open GDR issue

KBS Capital Management Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2010, inter alia, has decided to open the issue of GDRs.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.90, up by Rs.1.60 or 3.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.90 and low of Rs.42.60.

The total traded quantity was 400 compared to 2 week average of 2035.
