Strides Arcolab allots 100500 Equity Shares

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 100,500 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 Scheme.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 435,391,380 consisting of 43,539,138 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 436,396,380 consisting of 43,639,638 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.445.50, up by Rs.21.35 or 5.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.449 and low of Rs.427.05.

The total traded quantity was 179624 compared to 2 week average of 67647.
