Radico Khaitan allots 274257 shares under ESOP

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on July 27, 2010 has allotted 2,74,257 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOP) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 13,21,67,721 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 26,43,35,442/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.128.60, up by Rs.1.05 or 0.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.129.95 and low of Rs.126.60.

The total traded quantity was 17326 compared to 2 week average of 159227.
