Interworld Digital to consider raising funds on Aug 03, 2010

Interworld Digital Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 03, 2010, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record newer business prospects in order to maximize the wealth of shareholders.

The Board will consider issue upto 50 Crores Convertible Equity Warrants / Equity Shares on Preferential Basis pursuant to Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, subject to the Members approval.

The Board will fix the date, time and venue for the purpose of considering the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

The Board will also consider proposal t change the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.2.56, up by Rs.0.12 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2.56 and low of Rs.2.32.

The total traded quantity was 161738 compared to 2 week average of 420368.
