Evinix Accessories Ltd IPO opens for subscription on Monday

The Initial Public Offering of Evinix Accessories Ltd opens to public for subscription on Monday (February 12, 2007) and closes on Thursday (February 15, 2007). The company is coming out with an IPO of 35,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par in a price band of Rs.100/- to Rs.120/- through 100% book building process.

Out of the issue, 1,750,000 equity shares have been reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 525,000 shares for Non Institutional Investors and 1,225,000 shares for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).
