Pochiraju Industries Limited lists at a premium, closes up by 65.5% above issue price

The equity shares of Pochiraju Industries Limited which listed on Friday closed 65.5% above the issue price. The shares opened the day at Rs.45.10 and hit an intraday high of Rs.63.70 and low of Rs.35.55. The shares closed the day at Rs.49.65, up by 65.5% over the issue price of Rs.30.

49660429 equity shares were traded in NSE during the day and the net deliverable quantiy was only 4506640. The % of net deliverable quantity to the traded quantity was just 9.07%.

The company recently came out with an IPO of 12,523,333 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.25 to Rs.30. The company issued the shares at Rs.30 which was decided through 100% book building process.
