HDFC allots 284350 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on July 30, 2010, allotted 2,84,350 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 291,27,49,540 consisting of 29,12,74,954 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Further the Corporation has informed that, pursuant to the above conversion, all the FCCBs issued by the Corporation vide Offering Circular dated September 21, 2005 have been converted into equity shares and as such there is no outstanding FCCBs.

The stock was trading at Rs.2981.25, up by Rs.6.45 or 0.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2988 and low of Rs.2890.

The total traded quantity was 94529 compared to 2 week average of 71264.
