Gujarat State Petronet allots 39768 shares

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2010, inter alia, approved allotment of 39,768 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 562,48,41,610 to 562,52,39,290.

The stock closed the day at Rs.107.05, up by Rs.4.95 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.107.50 and low of Rs.101.50.

The total traded quantity was 1384003 compared to 2 week average of 460421.
