Shrenuj & Company allots 91000 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 91000 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each at a price of Rs.21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006 through circular resolution passed on July 28, 2010.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 13,97,16,540 comprising of 69858270 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54.20, down by Rs.1.05 or 1.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.90 and low of Rs.53.85.

The total traded quantity was 0.50 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.34 lakhs.
