Allied Computers to consider preferential issue on July 26, 2010

Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 26, 2010, to increase the Authorised Capital of the Company from Rs. 50 Crores to Rs. 125 Crores pursuant to preferential issue of 10,00,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.71, down by Rs.0.45 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.61 and low of Rs.8.71.

The total traded quantity was 11.33 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.05 lakhs.
