Gujarat Cotex to consider preferential issue on July 23, 2010

Gujarat Cotex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2010, inter alia, to consider issue of further equity shares / convertible warrants on preferential basis.

The Annual general meeting of members shall be held on August 26, 2010. The Company's earlier notice of AGM to be held on August 05, 2010 be treated as cancelled/modified.
