Comfort Intech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2010, has allotted 159969040 Equity Shares on Rights Basis in the ratio of one (1) equity share for every one (1) equity share held on record date i.e. June 03, 2010 at an issue price of Rs. 4/- each including the premium of Rs. 3/- each.
