Simplex Infrastructures Ltd fixes record date for stock-split

Simplex Infrastructures Limited has announced that members of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on August 18, 2006 approved spliting of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- per share to face value of Rs. 2/- per share. Accordingly, the Company has fixed September 20, 2006 as Record date to ascertain the entiltlement of spilt shares.
