Ontrack Systems to consider allotment of 1.02 crore shares on July 21, 2010

Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2010, inter alia, to consider and allot 1,02,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each @ Rs.12/- on preferential basis to promoter i.e. Mr. B. Hari 12,00,000 shares and New investors M/s. R. P. Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. as co-promoter 90,00,000 shares in terms of approval of members in EGM on May 14, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15, down by Rs.0.38 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.40 and low of Rs.14.01.

The total traded quantity was 5390 compared to 2 week average of 2653.
