IDFC allots 402861 Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on July 14, 2010 and allotted 4,02,861 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.188, down by Rs.1.45 or 0.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.193.35 and low of Rs.187.

The total traded quantity was 1160504 compared to 2 week average of 1493003.
