Equirus Capital joins the Clairfield international partnership

Recent transactions include investment by KKR in Dalmia Cement, investment by JP Morgan in Viceroy Hotel, PE funding by Milestone Religare in Healthcare Global Enterprise, and LT Finance's acquisition of DBS Cholamandalam.

Equirus employs more than 23 professionals in its investment banking division. The team is led by Ajay Garg, one of India's top dealmakers who started his career with DSP Merrill Lynch. Abhijeet Biswas, who has led diverse cross-border deal activity in the last few years, heads the M&A practice.
