Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 391761 Equity Shares under ESOPs

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on July 09, 2010 has allotted 3,91,761 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The stock closed the day at Rs.763.20, up by Rs.3.25 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.772.85 and low of Rs.758.90.
