Firstsource Solutions Ltd IPO subscribed 50.07 times

The IPO of India's 5th largest BPO Firstsource Solutions Ltd received subscription of 50.07 times. The company's IPO opened on January 29, 2007 and closed on February 02, 2007. The company came out with an issue of 69,300,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.54 to Rs.64 through 100% book building process.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription for 72.2876 times, Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received subscription for 40.7842 times, Retail Individual Investors portion received 11.5378 times and Employee Quota received 2.0394 times subscription.

The minimum order quantity was 100 shares. DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd and Deutsche Equities India Pvt. Ltd are the Book Running Lead Managers and ICICI Securities Ltd was the Co-Book Running Lead Manager.
