Zensar Technologies allots 4163 equity shares under Employee Stock option Scheme

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 4,163 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.330.20, up by Rs.1.60 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.333 and low of Rs.324.10.

The total traded quantity was 8860 compared to 2 week average of 9672.
