RS Software approves allotment of 2381390 bonus shares

R.S. Software (India) Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, on June 23, 2010, have approved the allotment of 2381390 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each by way of Bonus Issue in the ratio of 28 equity shares for every 100 equity shares held by the shareholders as on June 22, 2010, the Record Date declared by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.05, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.44.55 and low of Rs.43.20.

The total traded quantity was 15930 compared to 2 week average of 31104.
