Exelon Infrastructure to allot 5 million shares

Exelon Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2010, to issue and allot 50,00,000 Shares on preferential basis to the promoters and non promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.19.20, down by Rs.0.45 or 2.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.60 and low of Rs.18.90.

The total traded quantity was 26041 compared to 2 week average of 9122.
