Videocon Industries Converts Partly Paid-up Equity Shares into Fully Paid-up Equity Shares

Videocon Industries Ltd has announced that the Rights Issue committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, have at its meeting held on June 22, 2010, confirmed conversion of 2,83,09,456 partly paid-up Equity Shares into fully paid-up Equity Shares, pursuant to the payment of the First and the Final Call Money by the respective shareholders, upto June 15, 2010. These partly paid-up Equity Shares were allotted on April 22, 2010, on Rights Basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.205.70, up by Rs.0.85 or 0.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.207.15 and low of Rs.202.10.

The total traded quantity was 134029 compared to 2 week average of 170106.
