Polytex India to consider conversion of 3.09 million warrants on Jun 28, 2010

Polytex India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2010, to consider allotment of Equity Shares on conversion of 30,90,000 Warrants, issued under Preferential Issue.
