Patni Computer Systems allots 73024 equity shares under Company's Stock Option Plan

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated June 14, 2010 has allotted 73,024 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain employees including 1,624 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 812 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options.

The stock was trading at Rs.564.65, up by Rs.4.25 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.568.80 and low of Rs.562.10.

The total traded quantity was 15612 compared to 2 week average of 88375.
