HDFC allots 317345 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs & exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on June 16, 2010, allotted 3,17,345 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs and exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 290,05,49,040 consisting 29,00,54,904 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2911.90, up by Rs.52.55 or 1.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2923.30 and low of Rs.2859.

The total traded quantity was 195133 compared to 2 week average of 69793.
