Future Capital Holdings allots 25000 shares under ESOS-2008

Future Capital Holdings Ltd has announced that the Compensation and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a resolution on June 15, 2010, has allotted 25,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs. 102/- to the eligible employee upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the FCH ESOS - 2008.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stand increased from present level of 63,577,984 (Nos.) to 63,602,984 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.178, up by Rs.5.75 or 3.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.179.80 and low of Rs.169.95.

The total traded quantity was 380632 compared to 2 week average of 375191.
