Oracle Financial Services to consider ESOP Allotment

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on June 16, 2010 to consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), 2002 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.2144, down by Rs.13.30 or 0.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2174 and low of Rs.2130.

The total traded quantity was 1582 compared to 2 week average of 28472.
