Shrenuj & Company allots 149400 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on June 14, 2010 allotted 149400 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 13,95,34,540 comprising of 69767270 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.52.15, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.50 and low of Rs.51.05.

The total traded quantity was 50184 compared to 2 week average of 87068.
