Apollo Hospitals approves allotment of 1544621 warrants at Rs 771.76

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 12, 2010 approved the allotment of 1,544,621 Warrants convertible into equity shares to Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, with each warrant convertible into one equity share of the Company of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 771.76 which includes a premium of Rs. 761.76 per share. The warrants shall be convertible into equity shares at any time within 18 months from the date of allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.767, up by Rs.2.60 or 0.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.771.40 and low of Rs.765.

The total traded quantity was 4401 compared to 2 week average of 18496.
