Ortin Laboratories to consider allotment of 1.5 million warrants to promoters

Ortin Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2010, inter alia, to issue and allot 15,00,000 convertible warrants to the promoters and non promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.50, down by Rs.0.35 or 1.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.50 and low of Rs.17.50.
