Khandwala Securities updates on change in ownership structure of Sarthak Consultants Pvt Ltd

With reference to holdings in Khandwala Securities Ltd, Mina Chand has announced that he has acquired 95.24% of the Equity capital of Sarthak Consultants Pvt Ltd (8.28% Equity shareholder of Khandwala Securities Ltd). Sarthak Consultants Pvt Ltd holds 943,000 Equity shares out of the total of 11383000 Equity shares of Khandwala Securities Ltd.

Concurrently his son Mr. Ashish Chand has acquired 4.76% of the Equity share capital of Sarthak Consultants Pvt Ltd.
