A P Electricals Pvt Ltd informs Marsons Ltd of not receiving clearance from lending bank for amalgamation

Marsons Ltd has announced that the transferor Company M/s. A P Electricals Pvt Ltd has intimated the Company that they have not received the clearance from their lending banking in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. A P Electricals Pvt Ltd with the Company and hence it is not possible for them to proceed the matter further at the moment. The Board of Directors of the company vide its meeting held on January 31, 2007 has considered the matter and after discussing the matter at length it has been decided to postpone the proposal for the time being.
