Ansal Properties to invest in 2 projects through SPVs

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd (IIML), a private equity arm of IL&FS Ltd, have principally agreed for investments, through funds being managed / advised by them, in two projects of the Company to be undertaken through two special purpose vehicles.

The first SPV proposes to develop an integrated township and the second SPV proposes to develop IT / ITES SEZ, both the projects are to be located at Gurgaon having substantial sale value.

The said investments are subject to terms as mutually negotiated between the parties.
