Spentex Industries to issue shares to Indo Rama Textiles Ltd members

Spentex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007 has constituted a committee to issue and allot equity shares under the scheme of amalgamation to the members of Indo Rama Textiles Ltd as per the said Scheme.
