Diamond Cables to approve expansion into HT Power Cables

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2007, to consider the following:

1. To Discuss and approve the Companies expansion into HT Power Cables.

2. To approve conversion FCD held by Clearwater Capital Partners-Cyprus into Equity.

3. To Finalise the financing options of Company's Expansion into HT Cables and financing for Working Capital needs of its Power Infrastructure Group.
