HDFC Bank allots 494593 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted on June 09, 2010, 494593 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.1883.70, up by Rs.23.30 or 1.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1894 and low of Rs.1852.60.

The total traded quantity was 101350 compared to 2 week average of 45781.
