Alchemist to set up a retail chain of pharmacy

Alchemist Ltd has announced that the Company has decided to set up a retail chain of pharmacy and has earmarked Rs 200 Crores for this venture. These pharmacies will have diagnostic facilities as well as physician will be available for analyzing the reports and prescribing necessary medication. The Company is already in negotiation with World's one of the largest pharmacy chain for a possible joint venture.
