Tata Steel Ltd has announced that Tata Steel UK Ltd, indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired 199,955,952 i.e. 21.1% of equity share capital of Corus Group Plc, UK at 608 pence per share on January 31, 2007.
