India Infoline allots 479075 Equity Shares upon Exercise of ESOPs

India Infoline Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has by a Circular resolution on June 08, 2010, allotted 4,79,075 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005, 2007 and 2008.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 28,54,43,500 to 28,59,22,575 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.91.65, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94.75 and low of Rs.90.75.

The total traded quantity was 134494 compared to 2 week average of 406123.
